Founder Barbara Froio took on the Santa’s shopping role in expansive fashion buying toys and clothing first for the children in Charles Town, West Virginia. In the dark of night, she filled shopping cars and her trunk with wonderful gifts. Fortunately, she had help with wrapping them. Then a road trip to Jefferson County was underway.
